This happens, no big deal, it's easy to fix

When you purchased your subscription, your credit card was charged by a billing company and that company sent you a random username and password and some other details by email.

This email contains all the information you'll need to retrieve your password or cancel your membership. If you never got this email, even after you checked your spam folder, don't worry. You can still find the information required to get your password or cancel your subscription. Below is a list of the most common billing companies. Please find the one that charged your credit card or bank account and use their online tools to find your password or cancel your subscription.
