Below we explain what information we collect, why we collect it, and for how long we store it. If you are subject to protection under Europe's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted, and you have the right to have data amended or corrected. You have the right to withdraw consent you have previously given. You also have the right to request that we provide you with a portable copy of all your personal data in an electronic format. Only persons located in the European Union qualify.
When you visit our site, our servers automatically collect certain pieces of information ("log data") from your computer such as IP address, browser type, Operating System, access time, and what pages you accessed. None of this data truly identifies you personally, however under GDPR, your IP address is considered personal information.
Further, by filling out or otherwise interacting with contact forms or any other kind of interactive forms or features on this site, or contacting us via email, you will be asked to disclose actual personally identifiable information such as your name, user name of the site you are a member of, and email address.
Additionally, our system automatically captures other information without your explicit input, including data that may be considered personal information: we automatically capture your IP address. We use your IP address to look up your log-in and download and streaming content activity on our clients' site. This lets us see if you entered incorrect log-in credentials, verify claims of failed downloads, and if clients' security system blocked your user name or IP address for any reason. We can also use your IP address to see if you are currently located in a geographic zone we know to have technical problems such as Internet connectivity issues, or is actively blocking adult content. Your IP address may reveal to us if you are using a VPN program or are behind a corporate firewall, all of which can contribute to slow downloads, streaming video, and even failure of pages to load properly.
We also capture what browser you are using. We use this information to narrow down any potential technical problems that may be browser related.
We only share your information with third parties if we feel it is necessary to do so in order to provide service to you. For example, we might provide your information to the hosting company that hosts the site you are inquiring or complaining about, because hosting companies have access and insights to more technical information and possible issues than we do. We may also share your information with the billing company that you tell us handles the financial billing of your membership. If we can't find your information in that billing company's system, we may contact other billing companies in order to see if your membership is processed by them instead. The billing companies we regularly contact are CCBill.com , Epoch.com, Webbilling.com, and SegPay.com. Please see their respective terms of service and privacy policies for more information. We are not able to delete or amend your information with those billing companies, with the exception of changing your user name and password with CCBill.com and Epoch.com. All other changes need to be requested by you.
We do not have access to your credit card or online banking information at all.
Once we believe we have assisted you satisfactorily, we may delete your initial and all subsequent emails and other communication at our discretion, but no longer than 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep your data longer.
Cookies. By browsing this site, small files called cookies will be placed on your computer to collect and store information about your preferences and navigation to, from and on our site. You can set your browser to block cookies but then parts of this site may not work, including contact forms.
If you are subject to GDPR protection and want us to delete your personal data, or amend it, or withdraw consent, or obtain your data in a portable format, you must submit a ticket. Since that ticket will contain personal information, if you request that your personal information be deleted, we will therefore have to delete your deletion request as well and are therefore unable to contact you and let you know that your data has been deleted. You have the right to complain to your local GDPR authority.
Regardless if you are subject to GDPR protection or not, your information is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing or other commercial purposes.
